unable to delete mail in inbox of windows mail

i have a mail in my inbox of windows mail and whenever i try to delete that
mail i get the error msg and that mail cannot be deleted.
"An error has occured" due to this i am unable to do anything in win mail

can anybody help me plz?

Mark it as read and ignore it. The cure is worse than the disease.
Turn off email scanning in your anti-virus.

I had this same problem and Dell pointed me to this link
http://www.md4pc.com/questions/98.htm It worked for me. All my deleted
messages are gone. Good luck
