Unable to delete File in IE6

I have a file in my temporary internet file under ContentIE folder. the file name is

8566782@headerspon,pagespon,pagespon2,localad,wxspon,explore1,explore2,explore3,explore4,explore5,explore6,localsite1,localsite2,localesite3,localesite4,localesite5,localsites[1].

I tried everything, change the folder name, deleting from the DOS prompt, logging in as another user nothing works

and because of this file My DiskCleanup utility hangs whenever I run it

Any help will be appreciated

Log on as Administrator and delete the folder, not just the contents ...
