I am trying to understand if there is something on XP home
that will not allow a remote desktop connection. I tried
to telnet ip address 3389 and the telnet screen did come up
so I'm assuming that the port is not blocked. Is there
something else that could be preventing this connection?
Or can you assist in diagnosing the problem? Other
computers at home have not problem getting into the server.
It is just this one remote client.
