Windows XP Unable to connect to webservice from magneto smartphone emulator

Hi ,


I have my application developed in Mobile 5 SDK , VS.NET 2005 , I try to access a webservice in my desktop from the magneto smartphone emultor. It gives an error "Unable to establish connection" .

I tried accessing the webservice using the ipaddress of the machine , this works fine for pocket pc implementaion but not for magneto smartphone.

Can anyone help me out with this problem?
