"Unable to connect to server" 800ccc0e

I am trying to access newsgroup server using windows mail and y-decode program.
Am using vista 64-bit os and get error. Everything worked fine when I first
set it up and for the first couple months. Any help?

Check the Server name, localhost is probably incorrect
