I hope someone can help me. I just upgraded to Windows XP Home Edition, and
am not able to conncect to some specific websites. Namely: Commission
Junction and Paypal.
I have tried everything including all of the knowledge base articles, I've
even signed in as a different user. Change all of my settings in IE 6.0,
but nothing seems to work, I'm still getting a "the page cannot be
displayed" "Cannot Find Server-Microsoft Internet Explorer" errors when
attempting to access these websites.
I should also mention that before upgrading to XP, I was running Windows 98,
Second Edition, but have not been able to connect to these sites for several
months. We have a second computer in our home, running Windows 98 with IE
6.0, and there is no problem connecting to these sites.
I would gratly appreciate any help or feedback.
