Unable to bind to transport \Device\NetbiosSmb

Hi,

I have got this error:

The server could not bind to transport \Device\NetbiosSmb
because another computer on the network as the same name.

I have changed my computer name and uninstall my network
adaptor and did a fresh installation. It still shows this
error. I did a check on the domain server manager and
could not find any computer with the same name. There is
no WINS & DNS servers running in the same network.

Could you advise what could be wrong?
