Unable to add new DC.

I've added the new server (zoom) to the domain, no problem. Now when I try
to add it as DC it says " The domain "domain.com" is not an AD domain, or an
AD domain controller could not be contacted." Well the server is already
part of the domain so it must be an AD problem. Here is the latest IPCONFIG
from the new server.

One thing I noticed is under the Forward Lookup Zones there are 2.
One is called town***.local and the other is twpdc.town***.com.
Is that correct?

Hmm, I think you need to verify the actual Domain name in AD Users &
Computers on your first DC.
Maybe, it has a disjointed name space.
