unable to access my deleted folder

After receiving a very large email and deleting it, I cannot access my
deleted folder anymore. This is the message I get when I try to click on my
deleted folder: "Unable to display the folder. The file C:\Documents and
Settings\leinar\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
could not be accessed. The handle is invalid."
Does anyone know how to fix it?
