Unable to access certain behavior events in FrontPage

I am using FrontPage 03 at work to re-design our website. I am trying to use
the function of layers and behaviors to create a drop-down menu when you
click an interactive button. My problem is that i can no longer select the
majority of events such as "onclick", "ondblclick", "onmouseover", etc. All i
see now is "onload","onerror","onrestore". It doesn't even list the other
options. I have the same upgrade installed at home and here i CAN access
those events. Anyone have any ideas?

Check your Tools Page Options Authoring
- try setting the browser/schema to IE5
- or make sure CSS2 and JavaScript are enabled
