Unable to access a specific web site - DNS error.doc (0/1)

For sometime I've been trying to correct a seemly simple fault, that
occurred within IE6.
I've been trying repeatly to access the following website
(www.pcflank.com) and have been getting back the following DNS error
(see attachment below).
Have tried to clear the fault by deleting the cookie, History and TIF
folders - but this has not worked.
Firefox was also downloaded and installed, to check if it could see
the website - but it timed out.
As a final check, I used my father's laptop - but it would seem that
the fault occurs on it as well (please note that the laptop have not
been attached to the internet for over two months, so if this fault
was on either machine - then I would have seen it then).
The only thing these's computers share (besides this fault), are the
modem/router and the ISP.
So I'm at a loss to what is causing this.
Will now check the modem/router, but it seems to obtain the DNS server
addresses from my ISP.
So will be sending an e-mail to check.

OS Windows XP (with all the updates)
Modem/Router: Netgear DG834
IE6 (with all the updates)
