Un protect sheet

Hi ,
I have given pwd protection to my worksheet and now i forgot the pwd of the
worksheet. Kindly tell me "how to Break the Password of a protechted sheet."

Please give me the step wise description

thanks for your support. but it's totally not supporting my sheet. Iam
useing Window Vista vertion. advance office..
