Ultrabac VS BackupExec

Does any one know how UltraBac v8 compares to BackupExec v10?

I'm quite familiar with BackupExec but don't know anything about Ultrabac.
I'm curious how it compares in a W2k network with AD, Exchange & SQL server.
I've had my challengers with BackupExec and I'm looking for alternatives.
