Uisng Access to create html files

I need to use Access to generate html files.

I am creating stationery for use with Outlook and other programs that handle
HTML. You can see a sample at http://www.ktgdesign.com/jackson.htm

I would want the html to load the hyperlinks on the tabs and the appropriate
text at the bottom. I would want the database to generate all of the html
code needed for this page, including the the images - which will be loaded
into the email from the web - not embedded.

Could I create a form and then export it as html?

Thanks so much for any advice! I am going to be creating a large quantity
of these and I need to expediate the process - I have been creating them one
at at time thus far.
