UAC interfering with domain client time sync

I wanted to time sync my pdc 2003 server but now that I have all my Vista
domain clients can't sync without turning out UAC to "allow" the syncing.
Anyone know why?

Follow-up: It turns out that if you just let it go that after a period of
time the client will sync on its own...so lesson learned: don't try and sync
the domain client.
