Hi folks. I'm working on a database project for a real estate firm.
Some of their reports are done manually right now, and they want to
begin using databases to simplify the tasks.
The reports are currently made by hand in an excel spreadsheet. Each
month, or quarter, the properties are listed by whether they are Active
(on the market), Pending (an accepted offer, waiting to close), Closed,
Withdrawn (pulled from market by owner) or Expired (listing contract
allowed to lapse). Each sheet has a column with each agents' name and
list or sale, indicating if they are the agent who listed the property
or sold the property.
I'm linking to a sample report to demonstrate how it is currently done.
The address fields have been blanked out as they are proprietary info.

I think this kind of report needs a cross-tab query, but I'm not sure.
Please be aware that I am not asking for technical advice on how to
accomplish this. If (more like when) I need advice, I will post
questions specifically relating to my problems. For now, I'm just
looking to figure out where I need to start from.
