Txfr msgs from Outlook 2007 (WinXP) to Win Mail (Vista machine)??

How can I transfer all emails (inbox, sent, etc.) from Office Outlook 2007 on
a WinXP OS machine to Windows Mail on my new Vista OS machine? Outlook only
offers to export to a CSV file, but Windows Mail (Vista) does not offer an
option to import from such a file. Is this possible; what am I missing? Is
there maybe a separate utility out there to do this?
Even Outlook 2007 on the Vista machine does not appear to offer any import
option from an external file.

Use the import function of Outlook Express on Windows XP since Windows Mail
is its equivalent on Vista.
Yes it does. Note that if you want to go from Outlook 2007 on XP to Outlook
2007 on Vista there is no need to export anything; simply transfer the
pst-file.

I transferred the 'Outlook.pst' file from the XP machine to my new Vista
machine, replaced the 'Outlook.pst' in the Vista Outlook folder (saving the
original), then on the Vista machine, imported the messages from Outlook to
(Windows Vista) Mail. Most excellent! So now I have the option to use
either the new Windows Mail app or Outlook 2007 on the new Vista machine.
