Two Problems At Once: A Virus (maybe) and KaZaA Refuses to delete itself from th

Sara

I've been having a lot of conflicts or problems with this
computer lately.

The first problem, a virus or worm in my system. Lately,
I've been getting
these error messages that would pop up three at a time
spontaneously. Two would
say "RUNDLL Error, Error loading mouse, the specific
module cannot be found" or " RUNDLL Error, Error loading
keyboard, the specific module cannot be found" and the
other would just
be from "Explorer" with that icon near the end of the
name that's red, and it
would state "Run-time error '424': Object required" and
all I know is that
I had to press okay. Then about three or four days ago,
I've signed into my
mom's XP account to retrieve some information about
something, yet everything
went a bit funny. Suddenly, the computer froze, went
black, and said " ! have
noth!na say bam st!ll ZaCkEr !" and... I had to
use "Ctrl, Alt, Del" to get rid
of it. It shows up atleast once everyday. It's pretty
annoying, and I've tried
everything to get rid of it. I've made my computer gone
through one virus scan
yet it didn't pick up anything. Does it mean that I have
a hacker in my
computer? Or a virus? What do I do?

Now Kazaa's another problem. I'm trying to delete it
since it's a backdoor for
hackers and viruses to attack you system. So, at the
current moment, I'm
deleting everything associated with Kazaa except the
program itself. It refuses
to go. I've just went into the "Add, or Remove Programs"
and I've tried
numerous times to remove Kazaa. Yet, it keeps on giving
me that "Install(s)
Shield Is not Working Correctly and Needs to Shut Down"
and such and such. I've
reported it. Yet, it still won't go away!

Also, my homepage is always set to
http://www.geocities.com/yori_mrakkadi for some reason! I
always put it back to default (the Rogers Highspeed
Homepage) yet everytime I log on or off, or restart my
computer, it's always set at that for the homepage.
Another annoyance I thought I would mention...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.
