Two OST Files!!! in Outlook 2003

Hi,

I have two exchange accounts on two different exchange servers and each
exchange server is on a DIFFERENT LAN.

I use both these exchange accounts heavily via my laptop (one is my
corporate company email account and the other is for a customer of ours
where I am based on a long term basis and therefore I have my own exchange
account with them as well).

At the moment ONE of them I have set up to be able to use as offline (e.g.
using an OST file) and the other account whenever I log into it I get it to
automatically download the emails to a local PST file. The problem is that
I heavily use the calendars on both accounts (e.g. especially when I get
meeting requests on either of the accounts). At the moment it is not too
bad as when I am logged into the account using an offline folder (.OST) I
also have my PST data file open from the other account so I can see BOTH
calendars. The problem is when I log into my account which is using a PST
file I cannot open my calendar from my OST file which causes me a problem.

Is there ANYWAY I can make BOTH accounts available offline (e.g. use OST
file for both accounts) but somehow see the calender from the other account
or somehow keep both of them in sync!!!

Any tips would be great.

p.s. I use Outlook 2003

Thanks,

you can only have one exchange account in your profile at once. you could
set both to use a pst - if you need reminders from the pst, see reminder

Hi,

Thanks .. that utility will definitely solve some of my issues... I guess
what I could do is see if I could automate copying both the calendars from
the OST files into ONE PST file (like a temporary folder that gets refreshed
on a regular basis) and always open that PST file via both profiles!

Now I need to automate exporting my calendar and importing it to a PST file!
Please let me know if you have come across something that might do this!

Thanks,

Ramesh

Does anyone have any VB code which I could execute on exit of outlook which
will export ALL my contacts and calendar items from my OST file to a PST
file?

Thanks,

Ramesh
