Two operating sytems?

I am running Windows 2000 Professional. I just had to
reformat my hard drive for whatever reason. Everything is
fine with the exception of a question at startup. When
restarting, I am required to choose an operating system of
which both are Windows 2000 Professional. The bottom
choice appears to run faster than the top choice. Anyone
know what has caused this and how do I remove the other
operating system?

Pegasus \(MVP\)

Examine the hidden file c:\boot.ini. It will tell you the
differences between the two choices.
