Two Modems Two ISPs

Can anyone help me out?I have two 56k modems and 2 dial up internet accounts;I can get connected to both simoltaneosly but only one of them is active,I want to double my connection speed using both modems and ISPs

I asked that question 5 years ago, at time only solution is to find a
ISP support "shutgun".
Satellite will be the way to go if no other broadband avaliable.
cheaper the 2phone line + 2 ISP's bill
