Two lists of addresses

(Outlook 2003)
I seem to have to have 2 lists of (email) addresses: one that I keep myself
and another one that is created by Outlook (from emails).
It is clear for me how to maintain the first lists (my contacts) but how do
I edit and/or delete emaila addresses in the 2nd list?

When I start typing after the To, it auto-completes with a lot more addresses
than what is in my contacts-list.
Some of these are quite handy and it would be nice to include them in the
contacts-list but others I would want to delete.

Where do you see the send list? When you click To or when you start typing
addresses in the To field?

If when you start typing, see
