One, Is it possible to change the color of the tabs on a tab control form I
created in Access?

Two, Is it possible to change the color of a field I disable using
conditional formatting based from the rather drab light gray?

If you set the text box's Locked to Yes as well as Enabled to No, it will no
longer be dimmed. You can now use Conditional Formatting.
