Anybody with administrator privileges can do whatever they want whenever
they want.

You can view the event logs. But, anyone wishing to do you harm could just
delete the logs.

XP does not provide password based protection. The zip utility may add such
a method, but even so this is entirely outside of XP.

Stop making everyone administrators.
Make one administrator - keep that information private.
Password protect the BIOS as well - after setting the thing to boot from the
hard drive first.
Make it difficult to open the computer case as well.
Make sure you are using NTFS.

Now - change your main user and whom-ever else to regular users and only use
the built in administrator when you have to - and do not give that password
away.
