Tutorial for writing Controls in C#

I want to write my own controls for using the ExtJS librarry (http://
extjs.com/)
Nearly like it´s done on: http://www.codeplex.com/ExtJsExtenderControl/

Does anybody know a good tutorial or webcast about writing controls,
especially for writing JS-Wrapper classes?
