Turning text 90 degrees in a Front Page 2003 Table

HI,

I can't figure out how to rotate text.

Unlike Word, where the tables toolbar has a button to
switch the text to vertical 90 deg rotate. Or Excel
where you can choose "Format - Cell", etc.

Is their a way to do this with Front Page?

It can be done in certain HTML elements on some browsers by using the style
of the element, and setting the "writingMode" property of the style to
"tb-rl".
