I did a search under help and it said to go to:Start, Run and type
gpedit.msc, It didn't find that file.
What can I do?
You probably have XP Home Edition which doesn't have Group Policy and so
will not have gpedit.msc... Start > Run > services.msc > scroll down and set
the security center service to automatic and then start it.
