Turning off Advanced text services

I have approximately 900 machines running XP svpk2 - need to turn off
advanced text services (ctrl panel - Regional and Language Options -
Languages - Details - Advanced - System Configuration). Rather than visit
each machine, is there a GPO template I could use? Or could I script this?

-> Do not report errors for these programs:

Acrobat.exe
waol.exe
