Turn off Desktop Notification

I've done it before and I know its easy ... but can't find it now. I get a
notification that tells me about unused icons on my desktop and that it
wants to clean it up.
How do I turn this notificaton off?

Control Panel>Display>Desktop Tab>Customize Desktop>Uncheck 'Run Desktop
Cleanup Wizard
