Turn Off Computer Window constantly popping up.Please HELP

The turn off computer options box keeps popping up on it's own like it is on
a loop, I click cancel and it comes back it is doing this constantly now and
sometimes just shuts the computer down in a standby mood. I have checked all
settings. What's going on? How do I stop this so it comes up when I want it
to. Help Please.

Thanks Mark, I went to the site and tried some of the suggestions there. I
still have the problem. Do you think it may be overheating or something like
that? If not any other suggestions.

I would run Microsoft Defender. You may have a visitor. Also, goint to
start/run, and typing FSMGMT.MSC will allow you to watch other users in your
net, (if there are any)
