Turn Off computer style

I have one computer with combo box dialog for Turn off computer

but i want to use blue dialog with buttons

How can i switch this Turn off screen style please?

Looks like your PC might be set up for the older style "logons." This
is usually for Windows Server domain logons. Check in the User
Accounts in Control Panel na locate "Use Welcome Screen...."
