Tunning Socket

I am hear from my friend, if you want to efective
konfigure w2k to Mail Server you must tunning registry,
like default socket tcp? can any one help me to tunning
registry. I used mail server software Mdaemon Product. how
i can tunning I/O from registry w2k.

I think that contacting "Mdaemon" would be the first step in
determining what changes might be required.
