TS- VPN and 15min disconnects

Hello All,

We currently have terminal server sitting behind our
checkpoint firewall. For some reason people are being
disconnected after 15min of idle time when accessing it
through the checkpoint vpn. The terminal server settings
all indicate that this should not be occurring but it is
the terminal server sending the tcp reset flag. Has
anyone else experienced any similar problems over a vpn?
As a background note we are able to maintain the idle
session internally for the full 3 hours (Our settings).
The problem only occurs through our VPN.

As a test I would open port 3389 from outside to the TS directly, bypassing
the VPN. If it does not disconnect anymore the issue is the VPN and not the
TS.
