TS License Server Question

We are currently running TS on Win2k with the licensing server on a
Win2k server. We just added some Win2k3 terminal servers. Can we move
our existing licensing server to Win2k3 and still service our Win2k
terminal servers?

Yes TS Licensing on a W2K3 machine can server CALs to a
Windows 2000 environment.
Install licensing on the 2k3 box and add the 2k CALs
