TS 2003 Locking Up

Hello All.
I have a TS/CITRIX server that is randomly locking up on me..just wanted to
see if anyone else is experiencing this as well. Nothing is left in the log
files to indicate anything. The server is generally responsive other than on
ports 3389 and 1494 (although netstat shows listeners for them..weird). As
well, TS Manager and Citrix MC will not open and I cannot restart the IMA
service. My only option is to reboot the server. I've found a couple of KB
articles, but they are not descriptive and the fixes aren't public yet. Any
ideas??

Hotfixes are seldom available for general download. Just phone
Microsoft support and ask for the specific hotfix, such calls are
free of charge.

Thanks. I did look at those KB articles..wish they gave better documentation
on them. Oh well, I'm going to give them a call and see how that goes. I'll
post the results.

I called MSPS and spent an 8 hour day on the phone with them determining what
the problem was and getting a hotfix from them. A week later, and no
lockups...yet
