Trying to work offline.

While trying to work offline my dial up internet connection keeps connecting.
How can I stop this.

Click Start > type Internet Options > Connections (tab) > under 'Dial-up and
Virtual Private Network settings > select your connection and select the
'Never dial a connection' radio box > click OK.

In IE. Tools -> Internet Options. Connections tab, select "Never dial a
connection"
