Um, that would be "I want to lure you into a pyramid scam where I earn
points for referrals".
with you a web site that really pays for reading
email.

And has you visit the advertisers web sites.
And there is no sign up fee if you go this web site by the link

Yes, you want us for your referrals. Obviously reading those e-mails
isn't making you the money that you expected so you resorted to earning
money through referrals.
I am not joking.

That's what is sad. You don't think it is a joke. A bad one.
just try it.

Yes, you want the referrals. We need to signup for you to get them.
it hardly take a minute to sign up.

And how long in suffering thereafter?

Yep, thar be his affiliate spammer ID.

Uh huh. So there is no real support at the site or by the service
owners. Instead the new suckers have to rely on the previously suckered
to get help. Oh joy.

Yep, thar be his affiliate spammer ID again.

Oh yeah, we users aren't supposed to recognize the inclusion of your
affliation ID (reflink) in those URLs. Only the domain is required to
visit the site but, gee, you want that $1 for every referral as their
spamming associate.

Here is some yucks from http://hellishdollars.com/pages/help.php:

"How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?"
Answer: You close your account with them. Until them, you get their
spam mails.

"How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Answer: You get what the advertiser chooses to pay, and that is per
visit. So you get their spam AND you have to use their URL to visit
their site to track your visit. Also, you only get a percentage of what
the advertiser will pay per visit. This scam site gets the rest.

"When can I request payment?"
Answer: Not until you accrue $2000 in their "money" points.

"Paid emails worth $5 per every mail."
From their home page. Uh huh. It's what the advertiser chooses to pay.
So a $5 reward for accepting their e-mail and visiting their site would
be rare, plus you only get a cut of what they paid.

Considering what the advertiser will pay and then only your percentage
of what they paid, you probably have to do several thousand e-mails
before you exceed their $2000 threshold (and once, if ever, you are paid
then you're back to zero and have to exceed their $2000 threshold
again). Yep, leave your good job and just do e-mail and web visits
trying to earn enough to stay afloat. Oh sure, it's a panacea, uh huh.
