Hello all. Does anyone on the list have experiencetroubleshooting autotext entries in Word 2003?

Here is my situation.

I have 5 paragraphs that I want to put into separate autotextentries. I was able to make 1 successful autotext entry with 1paragraph and saved it to my normal.dot template. I tested itand it works.

But now I cannot make any more entries. The New option does notshow up when I select Insert-->Autotext. I have triedresearching everything on the net on this topic, including theMS site. Does anyone have any idea what may be wrong? I havealready made the "Corrupt normal.dot so rename it" effort. Ithink I could go the VBA route and create autotext entries via"Add," but I would like to know if anyone has any othersuggestions before I break Word completely.

Thanks for any help in advance.

What happens if you select the paragraph and use Alt+F3?
