troubles with Windows Time Service

Hello!

May be I drift away from topic, but I can't find better
and nearer to AD Win2k3.Well, I have Active Directory
domain running in native mode, powered Windows 2003.
Windows Time Service has following configuration: in DC
GPO, configured that my Domain Controller receive accurate
time from source listed in KB262680 (TechNet), and my DC
is a source for other computers of domain. When this GPO
has applied, Time Service sends to system log notification
that DC successfully synchronize with exernal source (id
35). Other computers receive notification of success in
time correction (log id 593). Resultant set of policy snap-
in shows that policy set DC as time provider for clients
(domain computers) and DC is client of external time
source; This snap-in for other computer shows that domain
computers - clients of DC time provider only. That's fine.
But in a 5 hours later in system log appear error id 50:

"The time service detected a time difference of greater
than 128 milliseconds for 90 seconds. The time difference
might be caused by synchronization with low-accuracy time
sources or by suboptimal network conditions. The time
service is no longer synchronized and cannot provide the
time to other clients or update the system clock. When a
valid time stamp is received from a time service
provider, the time service will correct itself."

I ensure that persistent internet connection works
properly and no other problems.I have studied KB830092
about new patch, which will correct troubles with Time
Service working, but it not accessable yet.
I want to know, is my DC realy can not provide time
service to other computers??? And what can I do to correct
this?

Thank you a lot,
Semen
