Trouble with Out of Office Assistant

D

Dave

I recently used the Out of Office Assistant in Outlook 2003 with a
MSE. Since I have turned it off, I am getting the text I used placed
on the bottom of all of my outgoing email. The text does not show up
in my signature file. It also does not matter which account I send an
email out through, the message is always automatically inserted at the
end of the email. I have tried restarting and stopping the Out of
Office Assistant several times with out any success in getting rid of
the text at the end of my new outgoing emails.

Please help.

Sounds like something at Server level is doing this. Have you questioned your Exchange Admin for assistance? Are you the only person to whom this is happening?

This is only happening on 1 computer. When I log onto another
computer and use Outlook 2003 under my user, I do not have this
problem.

If it is really annoying, then the scorched earth method is probably best - create a new mail profile.

| Also, unfortunately I am the admin for the network. Just stumped on
| this one.

If you're using Word, perhaps it's in the Word template.
