trouble with MSN messenger 7.0

i cannot get the new beta 7.0 to download. i have tried
everything to install it, including disc clean up.
the error message reads ...

ERROR MESSAGE:
An error occured during the installation of assembly
'Microsoft.Windows.Networking.RtcDll,type="win.32",
version="5.2.3.3",publicKeyTocken="6595b64144ccf1df",
processorArchitecture="x86"'. HRESULT:0x80070002.


can you help me?

Mary, I also get the same message with Error '1603' as a pop up at the end.

have been advised to uninsall which i have done but still the same.

as ever microsoft havnt a clue.

lets hoope that somone out there knows.
