Trouble with MS Message Store

A couple weeks ago was having trouble deleting a message from my inbox and
clicked on the get help from microsoft communities link in the error message.
I found instructions on how to correct the error "cannot move or delete this
message" and followed them. I was told there was two instances of
WindowsMail.MSMessageStore active and instructed on how to delete them both
and then let Windows rebuild the store. I did that, and now every time I open
Windows Mail, the program wants to recover messages. I can't locate any of my
saved emails either. I've tried to find the original place I got the
instructions, but can't. Please help me make Windows Mail act normal again
and tell me where to find my archived emails. I ended up saving the files
from the recycle bin on a memory stick just in case I needed them or
something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is unfortunate that you decided to implement a flawed solution
that is several months old, instead of using the more recent fixes.
In this business, conditions change quickly and it pays to stay
up-to-date.

Your best bet at this point is to upgrade to Windows Live Mail
and hope that it finds your archived messages.

Well, let it recover the messages.
