Do you normally use a POP email program or webmail?
If your MSN email supports POP, there is a way to trick Windows Mail
into setting up an account for it.

A second option is to upgrade Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail:

Qwest has Premium MSN mail service which has POP access.
Your ISP has directions on how to set that up:
http://www.qwest.com/internethelp/msn/mail.html#4

Those directions are for Outlook Express, but are quite usable
for Windows Mail. Let us know if you need additional help.
