Hi,
I just received a message from my exchange server admin saying that I
reached my memory limit. I need to keep the emails so I want to save it in a
personal folder or archive it. The trouble is when I do File->New->Outlook
Data File and get to the "New Outlook Data File" window it shows up blank
with no choice of "Types of storage:".
I tried the one suggestion of renaming "MAPISVC.INF" and having Outlook
reinstall the file, but that didn't work.
I ran through the "Detect and Repair", but that didn't do anything.
I searched far and wide all over this forum and on google and had no luck.
Any suggestions? I am running Office 2003 w/ SP3 on Windows XP Pro w/ SP2.
Thanks in advance,
Jason
