Trouble burning CD's

I just got a new computer with a DVD RW drive. When trying to burn music to CD using Windows Media Player it copies the first song on my list to cd then closes the disc. The rest of the songs are displayed as will not fit. I have reduced the speed of my cd burner, but this has not helped. What can I do?

Did your new computer also come with CD burning software? Most do these
days- take a look through all the discs that came with your unit for,
probably, either "Nero" or "Easy CD Creator." Both of these are easy to use
and cause far less problems than trying to use Windows Media Player.

No my computer didn't come with any CD burning software like nero. It only came with DVD burning software.
