Trojan horse home page

Without my permission, the following has installed itself
as my home page: res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776. When I
went into options and changed the home page back, after
either closing and opening IE, or about 2 minutes, it
automatically changed the home page back. I then searched
files and found one titled mshp.dll, and deleted it (it's
still in the recycle bin). This also did not work, even
after rebooting. Any ideas or suggestions?

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
