Windows XP Trobles with VPN

Good day!
I have VPN connection to my ISP.
I need this connection all time.
But sometimes this coonection is down, and after that it is not recconect.
Sometimes my ISP reboot switches or VPN server.
In Linux it is very simple to keep always VPN up.
In VPN properties - reconnect after link is down.
Maybe some programms can watch to VPN link and recconect if they down.
I have Win2000 Pro.
Thanks.
 
check out the dial properties on the VPN connection, there are vaious settings for disconnect if connection is not being used etc.
