Triplicate Contacts in BCM Business Contacts

Have triplicate contact entries in Business Contacts in BCM. Have tried
deleting the contact lists, uninstalling BCM and reinstalling it (a
couple times;tried importing Outlook contacts and have tried w/o
importing Outlook contacts--all with the same result.
One time the multiple names only showed up in the beginning of the
contacts list (A-D). Nest time I checked it duplicated a-z.

Have seen others having this problem. Any suggestions how to fix it?
