Trend Micro Hijack This:
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/hijackthis.php

At first glance, I haven't noticed major changes in the new HijackThis 2.0.0
Beta (versus Soeperman Enterprises' HijackThis 1.99.1), other than a new
icon and branding within the program. The notable exception is an
"AnalyzeThis" button. This takes your browser to "Coming Soon:
AnalyzeThis - Analysis of HijackThis log files". However, here is the
change Log:

[v2.00.0]
* AnalyzeThis added for log file statistics
* Recognizes Windows Vista and IE7
* Fixed a few bugs in the O23 method
* Fixed a bug in the O22 method (SharedTaskScheduler)
* Did a few tweaks on the log format
* Fixed and improved ADS Spy
* Improved Itty Bitty Portman (processes are frozen before they are killed)
* Added listing of O4 autoruns from other users
* Added listing of the Policies Run items in O4 method, used by SmitFraud
trojan
* Added /silentautolog parameter for system admins
* Added /deleteonreboot [file] parameter for system admins
* Added O24 - ActiveX Desktop Components enumeration
* Added Enhanced Security Confirguration (ESC) Zones to O15 Trusted Sites

For the major difference read the EULA.

My take on the EULA is that it is just saying out loud what is true already:
When you post a HijackThis log publicly, it may well contain personally
identifying information.

Their idea of privacy isn't the same as mine.<g>

If you send them your log file they require an email address and reserve to
right to use your email address as they see fit. You will be spammed.

Then there's this item:
5. REPORTS AND PRIVACY. At any time during the term of this Agreement, You
may choose to send to Trend Micro a report of log files that may include
personal information that the Software scanned on Your computer. By
accepting this Agreement, You hereby give Your consent to Trend Micro to
process log file data provided by You ("Information") in connection with
this Agreement; processing may include collection, registration, storage,
modification or disclosure of such Information to third parties. As a
condition to using the Software and by accepting this Agreement, You ensure,
represent and warrant that You are legally permitted to provide Trend Micro
with access to the Information and You also give Your consent to Trend Micro
to transfer or store the Information in one or more of its group companies,
located in and/or outside the country where You are located, and/or in
jurisdictions which may have a lower level of protection of Information than
is applicable in the country where You are located or where privacy laws may
not be as stringent as those in Your own country..
