Access Trasferring columns in Access

Hi

I am looking for a specific function in Microsoft Access:

I have a table A and a table B
A is my main table into which the data from B must be added.
Table B has a few columns more than A.
How do I transfer all the data including the extra columns from B into A in one single function?
